the thing is, part of the reason I do Irish dance is because it’s the only enjoyable form of exercise that I’ve found so far. I used to dance so I could get more fit. and now that I’ve gotten good enough at dancing, the tables have turned and I have to get more fit so I can dance. I am not unwilling. I will find a way to motivate myself through this damn HIIT, but it’s super annoying that I can’t progress and improve the fun part without first improving my stamina the un-fun way.
